Privacy Policy
PBX MTL is an independent website practice run by Amitt Bhardwj in Montréal, Québec, serving clients across Canada.
What information is collected
Only what you type into a form on this site:
- your name and your business name;
- your email address;
- your current website address, if you provide it;
- the service you are interested in;
- the message you write.
No credit-card number, no health information and no sensitive personal information is collected by this site.
Why it is collected
For two purposes only: to assess whether your project fits the offer, and to reply to you. It is never sold, rented or used for unrelated marketing.
Retention
Inquiries are kept in a protected mailbox and with the transactional email provider (Resend), and deleted on request. An inquiry that does not lead anywhere is kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Who can access your information
- Amitt Bhardwj, who reads and answers inquiries;
- Resend, the transactional email service used to deliver the form to that mailbox;
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and serves pages to visitors.
None of these providers is permitted to use your information for its own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no profiling. Analytics are cookieless and anonymous: they record the page viewed, the referring source, the device type and the country — never your name, your email or the contents of a form. If an analytics tool is used, it is served from our own domain.
Transfer outside Québec
Hosting, page delivery and email routing may use servers located outside Québec, including in Canada and the United States. These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the information you sent us, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to amitt.bhardwj@gmail.com and you will get a reply within two business days.
