What exactly is included for $799?+
One bilingual French-and-English page with up to six sections, a contact or booking integration, basic SEO and mobile setup, domain launch support and one revision round.
Why is the price lower than a typical custom website?+
The public $799 CAD price reflects a repeatable structure, client-supplied approved content and a tightly controlled scope. It is not a custom application or unlimited design engagement.
Why only one project per month?+
PBX MTL is a deliberately limited independent practice. One new slot opens each month. That protects delivery quality and prevents promises that cannot be kept.
Who provides the French and English content?+
You provide the logo, photos and final approved copy. To make that easy I wrote a ten-answer checklist: name, logo, contact details, services, a few photos and the one action a visitor should take. You write in your own words; I handle the structure, the layout and both languages. Professional copywriting and translation remain outside the $799 price.
What if my content is late?+
You have ten days after reserving to send your content. Past that, the project moves to the following month and your deposit is carried over to that new date at no charge. You lose neither your slot nor your money, and a slower client does not take someone else’s place.
Who owns the site at the end?+
You do. Your domain, your hosting, your files, your content and your accounts stay in your name. If I stop working or you stop working with me, you keep everything and have nothing to buy back.
What if I change my mind after the deposit?+
If the project has not started, the deposit is refunded in full on request, less any transfer fees actually incurred. If work has started, the deposit is not refundable, but it covers work already done, which is handed to you. The full detail is in the plain-language agreement.
How does payment work?+
A 50% deposit reserves the agreed project month. The remaining 50% is due after the revision round and before the site launches. See how to reserve a slot.
What happens after launch?+
Care Lite is optional at $199 per month for light technical care. Custom AI, e-commerce, portals and automations require a separate future scope and are not part of this offer.
